Well now, let me tell ya ’bout this 168 Market food court. It ain’t nothin’ fancy, mind you, but it fills your belly good and proper.
First off, they got all sorts of Asian food. I mean, everything from noodles to rice to some kinda soups I ain’t never even heard of before. And the smells! Oh honey, the smells make your mouth water somethin’ fierce. Makes a body hungry just walkin’ by.
The Good Stuff

- Noodles: They got big bowls of noodles, the kind that slurp up real good. You can get ’em with chicken, beef, pork, or even shrimp if you’re feelin’ fancy. And they don’t skimp on the portions, that’s for sure. A good bowl of noodles will keep you goin’ all day.
- Rice Dishes: Now, I love me some rice. They got plain rice, fried rice, sticky rice… you name it, they probably got it. And they load it up with all sorts of goodies, like veggies and meat and them little shrimp again. It’s a good, solid meal, ya know? Fills ya right up.
- Soups: Some of them soups are spicy enough to make your eyes water, but they’re so good you just can’t stop eatin’ ’em. And some are mild and comforting, like a warm hug on a cold day. They got all kinds, for all kinds of folks. You just gotta find the one that suits ya.
- Other Stuff: They got other things too, like spring rolls and dumplings and stuff I don’t rightly know the name of. But it’s all cooked fresh and it all smells delicious. I seen folks eatin’ things I never seen before, and they seem to be enjoyin’ it just fine. So I say, give it a try! What’s the worst that could happen?
Prices and Such
Now, the prices ain’t too bad neither. You can get a good meal for a few bucks, which is more than I can say for some of them fancy restaurants. And the folks workin’ there are always friendly, even when it’s busy as all get out. They hustle and bustle to get your food to you quick, and that’s somethin’ I appreciate. Nobody likes waitin’ around when their stomach’s rumblin’, right?
Locations
I heard they got a few of these 168 Markets around. Some in California and one out in Las Vegas, I think. So if you’re ever in the neighborhood, you should stop by and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed, I reckon. And if you are, well, you can always go get yourself a hot dog somewhere else.
Other Things You Can Get
Now, besides the food court, this 168 Market is a big grocery store too. They sell all sorts of stuff, like them Asian ingredients you can’t find just anywhere. And they got fresh seafood and vegetables and all sorts of other things. It’s a one-stop shop, kinda like them big supermarkets, but with more Asian stuff. I seen folks fillin’ up their carts with all kinds of things. Must be good stuff, if they’re buyin’ it all up like that. I ain’t no expert in all that foreign stuff, but if you like cookin’ up fancy dishes, I reckon this place has what you need.
Getting Your Food
You can go right there and order your food to go. Or you can sit down at one of them little tables and eat it right there. They also got some kinda delivery thing, I heard, where they bring the food right to your door. But I ain’t never tried that. I like to go and see the food myself before I buy it. That way, I know what I’m gettin’.
Overall
So, all in all, I’d say this 168 Market food court is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat. It ain’t nothin’ fancy, but the food is good, the prices are right, and the folks are friendly. And that’s all that matters, right? So go on down there and give it a try. You might just find yourself a new favorite spot.
