Well, now, if you ever find yourself in Springfield Mall, you sure don’t wanna miss the food court. I tell ya, it’s a real treat for anyone who’s hungry after all that shopping or just lookin’ for somethin’ quick and tasty. I ain’t much for fancy stuff, but this here food court got a bit of everything, and it’s all good if ya ask me.
Now, Springfield Mall, you know it’s been around a long time. They opened up back in 1974, and ever since, folks been comin’ in and out, from near and far. But let me tell ya, the food court there? It’s somethin’ else. It’s located right in the middle of the mall, real easy to find. So if ya walk in, just head straight ahead and you’ll be right there. It’s open from 10 in the morning till 9 at night, every day but Sunday. On Sundays, they close a bit earlier, round 7 o’clock.
Now, if you’re wonderin’ what you can get to eat, don’t you worry none. There’s plenty. They got everything from hotdogs to pizza, Chinese food, and even some Korean barbecue if that’s what you’re in the mood for. I know some folks around here talk about that Kokee Kitchen, they say it’s mighty fine. They got this bulgogi that’s got a real nice flavor to it. I’m partial to the corndogs and fries myself though, crispy and hot right outta the fryer. Can’t beat that when you’re starvin’!

Besides Kokee, there’s places like Spudz-Get Loaded. You ever had a loaded baked potato? Well, you can get one there, and they’ll pile it high with all kinds of toppings. Real fillin’, especially if you’ve been walkin’ around all day. And then there’s Yard House, for those who like a bit of a fancier sit-down meal. They got all kinds of burgers, sandwiches, and even some salads if you’re on one of them health kicks. Some folks go for Mike’s American, too, it’s got all them American classics like burgers, wings, and fries. If you want something a little different, Maggie McFly’s is another place folks talk about. They got a mix of everything, so you can’t go wrong there neither.
