Today, I went to check out the Food City food court. I was really hungry, so I thought, why not hit up a place with a ton of options?
Getting There
Getting there was no big deal. I found the place easy enough, just followed the signs for Food City, and boom, there it was. The food court is pretty big, with tons of stalls all around.

Exploring the Options
I walked around a bit to see what my stomach wanted. There was a lot to choose from – Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, even some Western stuff. I saw some people eating noodles, others having rice dishes, and a few grabbing burgers and fries. I was overwhelmed, not gonna lie.
Making a Decision
After a couple of laps, I decided to go for Thai food. This one stall, Sen Lek Thai, caught my eye. It smelled amazing, and there was a decent line, which is usually a good sign. I figured it must be popular for a reason.
Ordering and Eating
- I ordered the wanton Thai noodle and some bagoong rice. The guy at the counter was super friendly, which was nice.
- The wait wasn’t too long, maybe about 10 minutes or so. I grabbed my food and found an empty table.
- The wanton Thai noodle was seriously good. It was flavorful, a little spicy, and the noodles were cooked just right.
- The bagoong rice was also tasty. It had this unique, savory flavor that I really enjoyed.
Overall Experience
Overall, I had a great time at the Food City food court. It’s a cool spot to grab a bite, especially if you’re with a group and everyone wants something different. The Thai food at Sen Lek was definitely the highlight for me. I’ll probably go back there again soon to try some of their other dishes.
Final Thoughts
If you’re ever in the area and feeling hungry, definitely check out the Food City food court. You won’t be disappointed! Just remember my advice and go straight for the Sen Lek Thai, or anything, I’m sure there are many great options to choose from, that’s all for today’s record.
