Okay, so here’s the deal with this thing called * *. I had to mess around with it the other day, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a process.
First off, I needed to get into their system, right? So, I went to this site. I don’t remember the exactly url, but it’s something like *, and there was a big “Sign In” button. You can’t miss it. I typed in my username and password, you know, the usual stuff. But here’s where it got interesting.
They’ve got this thing called “Duo.” It’s like a double-check to make sure it’s really you. I had the Duo app on my phone, and I had to use it to generate a passcode. Basically, I clicked something in the app, and it gave me a code to type into the website. I guess it’s for security, which is good, but it’s an extra step.

Once I did all that, it finally let me in. There was a message, “press any key to allow the system to proceed with logging you in to MyApps.” I just hit the space bar, and boom, I was in the main area.
But then, I clicked on something, and it froze. Seriously, the whole thing just locked up. I got this error message that said, “Cannot complete your request. OK.” Like, what does that even mean? “OK” to what? It was super unhelpful.
I had to start all over again. Went back to the sign-in page, put in my credentials, did the Duo thing again, and finally got back in. This time, I was extra careful about what I clicked. I found what I was looking for eventually, but it was a pain.
When I was done, I made sure to log out properly. There was a “Logoff” button somewhere on the page, I clicked it, and it said, “Logoff is successful.” That was it, I was out.
This whole experience was a bit clunky, to be honest. I mean, their website is not really user-friendly. I wish it was smoother, you know?
Oh, and one more thing. If you ever forget your password, there’s a “Forgot Password?” link on the sign-in page. I didn’t need it this time, but it’s good to know it’s there.
So, that’s my story about messing around with * *. If you ever have to use it, just be patient, and watch out for those error messages.
