Okay, so today I went to check out the Gemmell Food Court. I heard some good things about it, so I figured, why not give it a shot? First off, I hopped on the bus and rode it all the way to the campus. It was a bit of a trek, but nothing too crazy.
When I got there, the place was bustling! So many people, mostly students I guess, were all over the place. I walked around a bit to get my bearings and see what my options were. There were a bunch of different stalls, each with its own thing going on. You had your typical stuff like burgers and fries, but also some more interesting options like noodles and some kind of wrap place.
- First, I noticed a pizza place that was super busy. The line was long, but the pizza looked pretty good.
- Then I saw a spot with some Asian food that smelled amazing. I’m a sucker for a good noodle dish.
- There was also this place serving up some healthy-looking salads and sandwiches, which I almost went for because I should get my greens!
After wandering around for a good ten minutes, completely undecided, I finally settled on the Asian place. I ordered a big bowl of noodles with some chicken and veggies. It was a tough choice, let me tell you! Everything looked so tasty. While I was waiting for my food, I found a little table near the window and snagged it. Good views, I must say.

My food came out pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. I dug in, and man, it was delicious! The noodles were cooked just right, the chicken was tender, and the veggies were fresh. I ate the whole thing, no problem.
Overall Impression
I gotta say, the Gemmell Food Court is a solid spot. Lots of choices, good food, and the prices weren’t too bad either. It’s definitely a good place to grab a bite if you’re on campus or in the area. I’ll definitely be going back to try some of the other stalls. Maybe that pizza place next time… or maybe the wraps. Decisions, decisions!
