Okay, so today I checked out the KP International Food Court. I’d heard some buzz about it, mostly about how many different kinds of food they have, and I was in the mood for something different.
Getting There
First off, I had to figure out where this place even was. I looked it up, found the address, and punched it into my phone’s map app. Getting there was a bit of a pain. Parking, you know, it’s always a gamble. I circled around the block a couple of times before finally spotting a spot a little ways down. So, I parked, and started walking.
Inside the Food Court
When I walked in, wow. It was packed! Lots of people, lots of noise, lots of smells. It’s one of those big, open spaces with tons of different food stalls all around the edges and seating in the middle. I felt kind of overwhelmed at first, just so many choices!

I did a slow walk around the perimeter, trying to take it all in.
There was some of these things:
- Korean
- Japanese
- Chinese
- Vietnamese
- Indian
- Mexican
- Even a place doing American-style burgers and fries!
I was tempted by a few things.
Making a decision
After browsing a lot, I was feeling hungry and my stomatch was telling me to stop thinking too much. Finally,I made a decision to pick a Korean food. I ended up going for the Korean food stall because the spicy pork looked too tempting to pass up. I ordered a portion of the food.
The food
The wait wasn’t too long, thankfully. When I got my food, it looked amazing! The portion was pretty generous. I grabbed some plastic utensils and found a free table.
The first bite was amazing. Seriously good. It was spicy, but not too crazy, and the pork was nice and tender. I also ordered some kimchi. It was crunchy, spicy, and a bit sour – just the way I like it.
The aftermath
I finished everything. I was stuffed. I leaned back, looked around at the still-busy food court, and thought, “Yeah, I’d come back here.”It was an experience. It’s not fancy, but it’s good, and you just can’t beat the variety.
If you’re ever unsure of what you want to eat, or you’re with a group of friends who all want something different, a place like the KP International Food Court is a solid bet. Just be prepared for a bit of a crowd, and maybe have a parking strategy in mind!
