Okay, so I’ve been meaning to check out some of the food courts in Paris. I heard they’re a great way to sample different kinds of food without breaking the bank, which, let’s be honest, is pretty important in a city like Paris.
Started with Some Research
First, I did some digging online. You know, just typing in “best food courts Paris” and seeing what popped up. I looked at a few blog posts and articles, and made a list of places that sounded interesting. I also checked out some reviews to get a feel for what other people thought.
Picking a Place (and Getting Lost)
I decided to try one that was supposedly near the Louvre. Sounded perfect, right? Lunch and then some art? Well, let me tell you, navigating those Parisian streets is no joke! I got totally turned around. Even with the map on my phone, I ended up walking in circles for a good 20 minutes.

Finally Found It!
Eventually, I stumbled upon the place. It was tucked away in this little courtyard, and I almost missed it. But once I stepped inside, wow! It was this huge, open space with tons of different food stalls. Everything from classic French crepes to Vietnamese pho to Italian pasta. My stomach immediately started rumbling.
The Food Court Feast
- I grabbed a savory crepe with ham and cheese. Classic, I know, but you can’t go wrong.
- Then, I was tempted by the smell of spices and got a small bowl of Thai curry. So good!
- I finished it off with a scoop of gelato. Because, why not? It’s Paris!
The Aftermath (and My Verdict)
I left feeling stuffed and happy. It was definitely a fun way to try a bunch of different things without spending a fortune. Plus, the atmosphere was really lively, with people chatting and enjoying their food. I’d definitely recommend checking out a Parisian food court if you’re looking for a casual and tasty meal. Just maybe brush up on your map-reading skills before you go!
