Well, howdy there! Let me tell ya ’bout this thing I heard, some kinda puzzle in the newspaper. Folks call it a “crossword” somethin’ or other. Big city folk, they like to twist their brains with these things, I reckon.
Anyways, this particular puzzle, it had somethin’ ’bout women’s health. Women’s health care brand, they called it. Now, I ain’t no fancy doctor or nothin’, but I know a thing or two ’bout keepin’ healthy. Always ate my greens, you know, and got plenty of sunshine. That’s the best medicine, if you ask me.
But these city folk, they got their brands and such. This crossword, it wanted a name, a brand name for women’s health stuff. I heard tell it was in that New York Times paper. Fancy, huh? The puzzle was there on June 26th, or maybe the 27th, can’t rightly remember. These dates, they all jumble up in my old head, ya know?
So, what’s this brand, you ask? Well, I ain’t quite sure myself. But them puzzle solvers, they figured it out. They always do. Smart cookies, those city folks. They said the answer was short, just a few letters. Can’t say I remember what it was, somethin’ like, uh… “HER” or somethin’ like that.
- It was short, that’s for sure.
- And it had somethin’ to do with women, obviously.
- And it was a brand name, you know, like them fancy soaps or lotions they sell in them city stores.
Now, I don’t know much about these brands. Back in my day, we didn’t have no fancy brands. We had soap and water, and that was good enough! But I guess times change. These young folks, they like their brands, their pretty packaging, their special names. Makes ’em feel special, I suppose.
This puzzle, though, it makes ya think. Women’s health is important, that’s for sure. Whether you’re usin’ some fancy brand or just good ol’ fashioned remedies, you gotta take care of yourself. That’s what my mama always told me, and her mama before her.
I heard tell there’s lots of these crossword puzzles out there. This New York Times one, it’s a real popular one, seems like. Folks all over the country try to solve ’em. And this clue ’bout women’s health care, well, it got folks thinkin’, that’s for sure. Made ’em remember to take care of themselves, maybe even learn ’bout a new brand or two.
