Okay, so today I decided to hit up the Farmington mall food court. I’ve been craving some variety, and mall food courts are always a good bet for that, right?
First, I drove over to the mall. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, it being a Saturday afternoon and all. I circled the lot for a good 10 minutes before finally snagging a spot that someone else was pulling out of.
The Food Court Adventure Begins
I walked into the mall and immediately headed towards the food court. You could smell it before you could see it – that mix of fried food, pizza, and something sweet. My stomach was already rumbling!

Once I got there, I took a lap around to see all the options. It was packed! So many people, so many choices. It was almost overwhelming.
They had the usual suspects:
- A Chinese place with those delicious-smelling orange chicken.
- A pizza joint with the extra big slices.
- some kind of sandwich shop
- Even a place that did a salad.
I considered the salad for a healthy moment. The moment quickly passed, After another lap of looking. Finally, I decided on the Chinese place. I got the two-item combo with orange chicken and noodles. It was greasy, and a little bit salty.
I found an empty table, after weaving, and enjoyed my lunch while people-watching. Mall food courts are the best for that, seriously.
After I was done, I tossed my trash, grabbed a soda from one machine on the way out, and headed back to the car, my mission was success.
