Alright, so you’re lookin’ for a place to stay in Washington D.C., huh? And you want it with a pool, but not just any pool, an indoor one? Well, you come to the right place, I reckon. I’ll tell ya what I know, though I ain’t never been to no fancy D.C. myself.
Now, they got all sorts of places there, big and small. Some of them high-falutin’ hotels, they call ’em, they got indoor pools. Keeps ya warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and out of the rain all year round. Smart folks, them city folk, thinkin’ of everything.
I heard tell of a place called “Four Seasons” over in Georgetown. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Like somethin’ out of a picture book. They say it’s real nice, got everything ya need. Bet it costs a pretty penny, though. But if you got the money, why not? You work hard for it, you spend it how you like, that’s what I always say.

Then there’s them places downtown. Lots of hotels down there, so I hear. Expedia, that’s a website or somethin’, they say there’s at least seven places with indoor pools right downtown. Downtown Washington D.C., mind you, not some far-off place. So, you got choices, plenty of ’em.
- They got the big chains, like Hilton Garden Inn. I seen them signs on the highway, they’re everywhere.
- And then there’s somethin’ called Park Hyatt. Sounds even fancier than Four Seasons!
- And a JW Marriott too. Marriott, that’s a name I recognize. They must be good, bein’ so popular and all.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ these are the best, mind you. I’m just tellin’ ya what I heard. There’s websites, see, like Yelp, and some other fancy ones, they got lists and reviews and all that. Folks writin’ about their stays, tellin’ you what’s good and what ain’t. You should check them out, if you know how to work them computer things. Me, I’m more of a pen and paper kinda gal.
The Hotel Guru, that’s another one, they say they got experts pickin’ out the best hotels. Five-star stays, they call ’em. And charming B&Bs, whatever them are. Guess they’re smaller places, maybe cozier. Depends on what you’re lookin’ for, I reckon. Some folks like the big fancy places, some folks like somethin’ a little more homey.
And there’s this U.S. News, they do lists too. Seems like everyone’s got an opinion these days. But they say they look at the amenities, that’s the stuff the hotels got, like pools and restaurants and such, and what the travel experts say. So, maybe they know what they’re talkin’ about.
So, if you want a hotel with an indoor pool in Washington D.C., it sounds like you got plenty to choose from. Just gotta figure out how much you wanna spend and what kind of place you want. Big and fancy? Small and cozy? Downtown? Georgetown? It’s all up to you.
Just remember, do your research, read them reviews, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. And most importantly, have a good time in D.C.! It’s a big city, lots to see and do. Just be careful out there, and don’t talk to no strangers. That’s what my mama always told me.
And if you do end up stayin’ in one of them hotels with an indoor pool, well, you let me know how it was. I might just have to take a trip down there myself someday, see what all the fuss is about. Though I reckon I’d stick to the shallow end, I ain’t much of a swimmer.
