Okay, so, today I wanted to share my little adventure trying to get in touch with HCA Healthcare about their Building 4. It all started when I needed some info – you know, the usual, like who to contact for certain things in that building. First thing I did, I hit up their main number, the one everyone knows: (844) 422-5627. This was supposed to be for technical application inquiries, figured it might be a good starting point.
But let me tell you, that was just the beginning. I got bounced around a bit, talked to a few different folks. Everyone was nice enough, but nobody seemed to know exactly who I should speak to about Building 4 specifically. It’s like they have this giant headquarters in Nashville, 1 Park Plaza and another one on 1 Dell Parkway, and maybe Building 4 was lost somewhere in between.
So, I thought, “Fine, I’ll try a different route.” I remembered seeing a number for general inquiries, 020 7079 4344, somewhere online. Dialed that, and guess what? More of the same. Lots of friendly voices, but no clear answers. They were talking about appointments with consultants and whatnot, but I just needed some simple contact details. It seemed way more complicated than it needed to be.

At this point, I’m thinking this is turning into a real-life treasure hunt. I even dug up the address 3443 Dickerson Pike Ste 430, thinking maybe that’s where Building 4 was hiding. Nope, no luck there either. It felt like I was going in circles.
Then I stumbled upon another number, 615-344-9551, which was supposed to be for pricing and such. I called, hoping maybe they’d have a clue. But still, I couldn’t get a straight answer about Building 4. It was like this building was some kind of top-secret project or something.
Here’s what I learned from this whole ordeal:
- Big companies can be a maze.
- Sometimes, the most obvious numbers aren’t the most helpful.
- You gotta be persistent.
Anyway, after all that, I’m still not 100% sure who the go-to person is for Building 4. But hey, I’m not giving up. I figured I would try to visit their headquarters or find someone that maybe worked there and then ask them directly about the contact person and info that I needed. I’ll keep digging, and if any of you out there have any leads, let me know! We’re in this together, right? It’s a bit frustrating, but it’s also kind of a fun challenge. You never know what you’ll learn along the way.
The End
It is just one of those things. Hopefully, next time, it will be easier to get the info I need. We will see what happens.
