You know, I went to that big ol’ mall the other day. Lordy, it was somethin’. So many people, so many stores. But what I really wanna tell ya about is the food court. That’s where all the eatin’ places are. All kinda different foods in that mall food court. They call it food in the mall food court, I reckon.
First thing I saw was a place sellin’ hot dogs. “Hot Dog on a Stick”, they called it. Sounds silly, don’t it? But I guess kids like it. They got lemonade too. And fries. Just a simple food in the mall food court. I didn’t get any, but I saw a bunch of young’uns carryin’ them sticks around. Looks like they are happy about the food court.
Then there was another place with all kinds of food, more of a sit-down type place. I think some folks don’t like them fast food places much. They want somethin’ more, I don’t know, fancy? This mall, it got all kinds of people comin’ through, so they gotta have all kinds of food, I suppose. That’s how they make money. Keep everybody happy with the food in the mall food court.
This food court, it’s a big deal, I guess. They gotta make sure everybody finds somethin’ they like. They want people to be happy there in that mall food court. If people are happy about the food, they will come back, I guess. And spend more money. That’s what them mall folks want. They always want more money. That is the way it is about this food in the mall food court.
Now, I saw some folks bringin’ their own food. Crackers and cheese, fruit, stuff like that. That’s smart, I reckon. Probably cheaper than buyin’ that mall food. And maybe healthier too. Some of that food court food, it ain’t the best for ya. But if you just want a little somethin’, it’s there. A sandwich, they said. Put some good stuff on bread. I saw some people have this in the food in the mall food court.

That food court, it’s a busy place. Lots of folks comin’ and goin’. Eatin’ and talkin’. It’s a real gatherin’ spot in that mall. And the mall is big. They need a place for people to sit and eat. Else they’d be wanderin’ around with their hot dogs and such. That is the important about the food in the mall food court.
I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout how these food courts are changin’. They say they’re gettin’ rid of some of the old places. Puttin’ in new ones. I don’t know all the names, somethin’ about an “Auntie” somethin’. And somethin’ called “Panda”. Maybe it’s Chinese food? I don’t know. But it is about the food in the mall food court. They are all food there.
They say these new places are more, what’s the word, “artisan”. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Local folks makin’ the food, they say. Not like them big chains. I guess that’s good. Support the little guy, ya know? But I just hope they still got somethin’ simple for an old lady like me. Sometimes you just want a plain ol’ burger, ya know? Or some fries. Nothin’ fancy. Just good food in the mall food court.
They say the mall gotta keep up with the times. People want different things now. Not like the old days. Well, I guess that’s true. But I still remember when a mall was just a few stores, and you brought your own lunch. Now it’s a whole day event. And you gotta have all these choices for food in the mall food court.
I reckon it all comes down to what people want. The mall, they just tryin’ to make everybody happy. And if a big ol’ food court with all kinds of choices is what makes folks happy, then that’s what they’ll do. They want that money, you see. And if good food brings people in, then they’ll have the best darn food court they can. That’s just business, I guess. They want to make the customer satisfaction, I heard about this before. They just want people happy and come again for the food in the mall food court.
Well, I gotta go now. My feet are tired from walkin’ around that big ol’ mall. But it was somethin’ to see, that’s for sure. And that food court, well, it’s a sight to behold. All them people, all that food. Just remember, if you go, maybe bring a snack. Just in case you don’t find nothin’ you like. Or if you just want to save a little money. But they sure got a lot to choose from in that food in the mall food court.
That is what I want to say. They have a lot of food in the mall food court. All people can find their love. It is good for the customer satisfaction. And this is good for the mall. They can get more money. All people like the food in the mall food court.
