Okay, so I was trying to get into this whole healthcare staffing thing with LanceSoft, right? I heard they had a bunch of openings and it seemed like a good way to get my foot in the door in the medical field. I’ve always been kind of interested in healthcare, but never really knew how to make it happen.
First, I started by looking them up online. Found their website and it looked pretty legit. They had all these listings for different jobs – nurses, therapists, you name it. I spent a good chunk of time browsing through all the positions, trying to figure out what I might be qualified for and what sounded interesting.
After that, I decided to dig a little deeper. I mean, you can’t just jump into something without knowing what you’re getting into, right? So, I started reading reviews from people who had actually worked with LanceSoft, both employees and the healthcare facilities they staff. It was a mixed bag, some good, some not so good. But hey, that’s the internet for you.

- I checked out their application process, and it seemed pretty straightforward.
- I gathered all my documents – resume, certifications, all that jazz.
- Filled out their online application.
- Had to write a little blurb about why I was interested in healthcare and why I thought I’d be a good fit.
Waiting to hear back was probably the hardest part. I kept checking my email like a hawk, hoping to see something from them. Finally, after what felt like forever, I got an email inviting me to schedule an interview! I was stoked! I immediately replied to set it up and get the ball rolling.
The interview process was interesting. I had a couple of rounds, first a phone screen and then a video call with a recruiter. They asked me a bunch of questions about my experience, my skills, and what I was looking for in a job. I think I did okay, I mean, I tried my best to sound professional and all that. It was a little nerve-wracking, not gonna lie.
At the end of the day, they offered me a contract position, and I accepted! I read through the contract carefully, asked a few clarifying questions, and signed on the dotted line. I was officially a part of the healthcare staffing world, thanks to LanceSoft. Overall, it was a learning experience. There’s a lot more to this staffing thing than I initially thought, but I’m excited to see where it takes me.
Benefits
I found they provide weekly pay, Day 1 Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Plans, Referral Bonus, and License Reimbursement. It was really good!
