Well, let me tell ya about that Melbourne Square Mall food court. It’s a place where ya can get somethin’ to eat, you know? Lots of places to choose from, if ya like that sort of thing.
Now, I ain’t one for fancy eatin’, but this place, it’s got all sorts. Burgers, fries, them Asian noodles, even pizza. My grandkids, they love it. Always beggin’ me to take ’em there.
- Burgers and fries ain’t bad, kinda greasy but what do ya expect?
- Them Asian noodles, well, they got a kick to ’em. Spicy, you know? Not for everyone.
- And pizza, well, who don’t like pizza? It’s pizza.
It’s all in one big room, tables everywhere. People comin’ and goin’. Kids runnin’ around, screamin’ their heads off. Ya gotta find a spot to sit, sometimes it’s hard, specially durin’ lunchtime.
Them folks workin’ there, they’re alright. Takin’ orders, makin’ the food. They look busy, always somethin’ to do.
They got pictures of the food up on the walls, so ya know what yer gettin’. Makes it easy, I guess. Don’t gotta ask too many questions.
The smells, oh, the smells! Ya got fried stuff, sweet stuff, all mixed together. Makes yer stomach rumble, even if ya ain’t hungry.
Now, prices? Well, it ain’t cheap. But then again, eatin’ out never is. Ya pay for the convenience, I reckon.
This mall, Melbourne Square, it’s a big place. Lots of stores, clothes and shoes and such. And in the middle, there’s the food court. Right where ya can find it.
Folks say it’s a good place to take a break when yer shoppin’. Get somethin’ to eat, rest yer feet. I seen plenty of people doin’ just that.
It’s clean, though. That’s important. Nobody wants to eat in a dirty place, right? They got people cleanin’ up, takin’ the trash.
So, if yer in Melbourne, lookin’ for a bite to eat, ya might as well try the Melbourne Square Mall food court. It’s got somethin’ for everyone, I suppose.
Ya can spend a good hour there, just watchin’ people. See what they’re eatin’, what they’re buyin’. It’s kinda interestin’, if ya think about it.
My grandkids, they always want ice cream after. There’s a place there, sells all kinds of flavors. They get all messy, but they’re happy. That’s what matters, ain’t it?
At the end of the day, it’s just a food court. Nothin’ special, but it does the job. Ya get food, ya sit down, ya eat. Simple as that.
