So, the other day, I decided to hit up the Mesilla Valley Mall. You know, just a casual Saturday, nothing too crazy. I’d heard some buzz about their food court, and let me tell you, my stomach was rumbling louder than a monster truck rally.
First off, I gotta say, finding the place was a breeze. I just cruised down Telshor Blvd, and bam, there it was. Parking was no hassle either, which is always a plus in my book.
Stepping Inside
Once I stepped inside, I was hit with that classic mall vibe. You know the one – a mix of excited shoppers, the faint smell of new clothes, and the distant hum of escalators. But my nose, or rather my stomach, was on a mission, and it led me straight to the food court.

Food Court Adventures
The food court was like a mini-United Nations of food. Seriously, you could find just about anything there. There were folks chowing down on burgers, others slurping noodles, and some even indulging in some sweet, sweet ice cream. But let’s not forget the real star of the show – Legend Burgers! These guys were slinging some of the best burgers I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection – it was like a party in my mouth! I swear I heard my taste buds singing.
- There are a ton of food places, like way more than I thought.
- I went straight for Legend Burgers, ’cause who can say no to a good burger?
- Seriously, their burgers are the bomb.
Post-Meal Strolls
After stuffing my face, I decided to walk it off a bit. I mean, I had to make room for dessert, right? I wandered around the mall, checking out some of the shops. They’ve got a bunch of those trendy stores that the kids are all into these days. Even saw a place called Icing, which seemed pretty popular.
Eventually, I stumbled upon a place called “Grounded”. The name alone was tempting enough to draw me in. Turns out, it’s one of those cozy little spots where you can grab a coffee, relax and just enjoy the moment. So that’s exactly what I did.
All in all, it was a pretty solid day at the Mesilla Valley Mall. Good food, good vibes, and a chance to relax – what more could you ask for? If you’re ever in Las Cruces and your stomach starts talking, you know where to go. Just follow the delicious smells, and you’ll find your way.
