Now, let me tell ya, the North Point Mall food court ain’t like them fancy ones in the big city, but it’s got its charm. You got a little bit of everything for the whole family. Folks say, if you’re hungry and ain’t got much time, that’s the place to go. It’s in Alpharetta, right around 84.29588 longitude and 34.04785 latitude, and it’s busy as a beehive, especially on weekends.
The first stop I’d recommend is Auntie Anne’s, you know, the place with them soft pretzels. Ain’t nothing like the smell of fresh-baked pretzels fillin’ the air when you walk in. They got different flavors, sweet and salty, so you can pick what suits ya best. It’s perfect for a snack while you walk around. And let me tell ya, that spot has been there forever, so they must be doin’ somethin’ right!
Right next to Auntie Anne’s, you’ll find the Farmers Basket, a nice little restaurant that’s got all kinds of fresh food. Whether you’re after a salad, a hearty sandwich, or somethin’ light, this place has you covered. I like to grab a fresh juice there, especially if I’m feelin’ the heat. It’s real refreshing.

For a full meal though, I gotta say, The Cheesecake Factory is the place you wanna go. Now, it ain’t right in the food court, but it’s nearby, in Alpharetta, not far from where folks usually go to shop. You’ll find everything there – from them big ol’ burgers to fancy pasta. And don’t get me started on their cheesecakes. I can’t finish a whole one by myself, but I sure try!
If you got a hankerin’ for somethin’ quick and easy, I’d say head to the Food Terminal, just a short walk from the food court. It’s real popular with people who don’t want to sit down for a full meal but still want somethin’ tasty. They got them little bites you can grab and go – like a chicken skewer or some crispy fries.
Now, there’s another spot called the Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, and I reckon it’s a nice place to relax. It’s perfect for when you’re with the family or meetin’ up with friends. The food’s good, and they got a nice drink menu too. Not too fancy, but enough to make you feel special. They even got a patio if the weather’s nice.
If you’re in the mood for somethin’ Southern, you’ll wanna try the Southern Porch. It’s got all them comfort foods – like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. Feels like a meal straight outta mama’s kitchen. And you know, if you’re like me, you’ll always leave with a full belly.
And there’s also the Hen Mother Cookhouse for them who like homey food with a twist. They make it feel just like you’re sittin’ at the table with family, eatin’ a nice meal. Their specials are always a hit, and they got a menu full of stuff that’s just made for comfort.
Don’t forget to check out the vintage Victorian Carousel! It’s right by the food court, and it’s a fun little ride. Takes ya back to them olden days. Kids love it, but I won’t lie, even the grown folks enjoy takin’ a spin. It’s one of those things that just makes ya feel good inside.
As for dessert, well, there’s plenty to pick from. You could get a nice scoop of ice cream, or if you want somethin’ fancier, head to The Cheesecake Factory for one of their famous cheesecakes. They’ve got a big ol’ list of flavors, and I reckon there’s one for everyone. I always get the original one, but that’s just me.
So, whether you’re lookin’ for a quick snack, a sit-down meal, or just somethin’ sweet to round out the day, North Point Mall’s food court and its nearby spots have you covered. It’s a nice little corner of Alpharetta that’s perfect for spendin’ the day with family or friends. Come hungry, leave happy!
