Okay, so, the other day I was thinkin’ about this place, Mr. Ray’s Food Court, and I got this hankering to see what they’re serving up these days. So, I decided to do a little digging and put together a menu run-down.
First off, I searched the place. Turns out, this Mr. Ray’s is down at 1604 W Frank Ave in Lufkin. Classic food court setup, you know?
Then, I started hunting for their menu. I scanned through a bunch of websites, readin’ reviews and lookin’ at photos and all that. People were talkin’ about the dishes, and I started to get a feel for what this place is all about.
- Meat Ball: Priced at $5.99, this seems to be a popular pick. It’s got these moat balls covered in marinara sauce, with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
I noticed they’ve got a daily special, too. Like, one day they had meatloaf, pork ribs, green beans, corn, baked beans, greens, and mashed potatoes on the hot bar. Sounds pretty good, right? A real home-style spread.
I saw a few other things scattered around on different menus – you know how it is, not everything’s in one place. But those meat balls, man, they seem like the star of the show.
So after piecing it all together, I felt like I had a pretty decent idea of what Mr. Ray’s Food Court is offerin’. It’s not fancy, but it’s got that comfort food vibe that sometimes you just need. The menu’s not huge, but it seems like they do what they do pretty well.
If I were in Lufkin, I’d probably swing by and try those meat balls. And maybe check out their daily special, see what they’ve got cookin’ that day. It’s all about the experience, right?
Anyways, that’s my little adventure with Mr. Ray’s menu. Hope you found it interesting! If you’re ever in the area, maybe give it a try and let me know what you think.
