Okay, so, the other day I was thinkin’ about this place, Mr. Ray’s Food Court, and I got this hankering to see what they’re serving up these days. So, I decided to do a little digging and put together a menu run-down.
First off, I searched the place. Turns out, this Mr. Ray’s is down at 1604 W Frank Ave in Lufkin. Classic food court setup, you know?
Then, I started hunting for their menu. I scanned through a bunch of websites, readin’ reviews and lookin’ at photos and all that. People were talkin’ about the dishes, and I started to get a feel for what this place is all about.
- Meat Ball: Priced at $5.99, this seems to be a popular pick. It’s got these moat balls covered in marinara sauce, with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
I noticed they’ve got a daily special, too. Like, one day they had meatloaf, pork ribs, green beans, corn, baked beans, greens, and mashed potatoes on the hot bar. Sounds pretty good, right? A real home-style spread.
